Equipped with high efficiency single screw extruder and automatic hydraulic screen changer, ensure the material plasticization homogeneous, free impurity, increase the product quality.

 

With high precision cloth type extrusion die, ensure the melt thickness uniform and easy to adjust it.

High precision three roller stack with accurate temperature control system and multi sets of up and down cooling roller, ensure the thick board flat, smooth and cool fast, reduce the length of production line.

Automatic edge trimming, haul-off unit, automatic cutting unit and conveyance unit, increase efficiency and easy to operate.

 

This production line can produce the monolayer and multilayer thick board with HDPE, ABS, PS. The thickness range is from 5mm to 30mm, width can be upto 2000mm.
